No. All our employees work from our dedicated in offices. We have a huge team that are all employed by Web House, many of our staff have been with us for years as we have a high employee retention rate.

We began in 2014 and have grown dramatically since, most of our new business comes from referrals and existing customers expanding their businesses.

Simply tell us what it is that you need and what you would like to achieve.  If you have particular requirements (skills, a certain amount of years of knowledge, if you want 24 hour service, particular qualifications etc) please let us know.  Give us a timescale you are hoping to meet and any technical requirements you have and we can quickly put together a plan and identify the best people to work on your project.

This is when we assign someone to your account and they work exclusively for you on your project. This may be your main point of contact, someone who you have selected who is highly skilled, or someone that you have really enjoyed working with on a previous project.

Yes, no job is too big or too small!

This depends on the project and how detailed your brief is.  Once the brief is finalised and you have given the OK on our proposal we can get started immediately.

We can provide you a phone number and email address, you can also talk over Skype, instant messaging or video messaging for example.

We treat all client data as confidential. We carry out background checks on our employees, each of whom signs a “terms of employment” document in which they pledge to maintain confidentiality in respect to client data. We restrict access to our premises and computer systems and to data backup media. We shred all waste paper.

We can give you daily, weekly or monthly updates and send reports of any information that you require so you can always be sure of your project’s performance.  You can also contact your team members if you require additional information or updates.  If you let us know what you require and the frequency we can ensure that we meet your expectations.
